These healthy avocado muffins taste delicious and are made with no refined sugar.
All my kids (and me) ate these muffins up so fast. They were gone in one day.
My 10-year-old didn’t even know there were avocados in these muffins (until he saw my pin and said ‘What…those had avocados in them? Those taste so good!’). So even if your child doesn’t like avocados for the time being – they might like these muffins!
Avocados are full of unsaturated fat that is important for toddlers developing brains, plus they are alkalizing to the body. So I try to use them whenever I can!
I use avocados a lot in my smoothies, and muffins are also a good place for avocados – they mix well and don’t alter flavors!
