Pear Smoothie Recipe

Sharing is caring!

This pear smoothie recipe is so simple to make, and only uses three ingredients!  It’s a perfect pear smoothie with avocado for your baby, toddler, kids, or yourself!  I love this healthy avocado smoothie recipe and I hope you do, too!

I love serving this pear smoothie for a snack or with breakfast, lunch, or dinner, for a creamy treat. It’s so satisfying with the healthy fats and sweetness it has to offer, yet not overly sweet.  This is honestly a go to smoothie for me and my kids.

I love making smoothies for my toddlers and kids.  It’s such a quick way to blend up lots of healthy foods, and it tastes amazing!

If I ever have leftover over smoothies, I freeze them in popsicle molds.  They make the perfect frozen treat for kids and they last a few months in the freezer!

Pear Smoothie Recipe:

1 ripe pear

1/2 cup frozen avocado (I buy in the frozen section at the store).  Or use one small or medium fresh avocado.

1 cup coconut milk (adjust milk more or less depending on the thickness you want).

*if you don’t use frozen avocado, add 1/4 cup- 1/2 cup of ice to the blender.

Blend well.  I use the nutribullet for all my smoothies and it works great and is easy to clean.

I’ve been making this smoothie for years.  I found a similar recipe on Pinterest over 11 years ago when I was searching for healthy smoothies for my now teen, when he was a toddler.  I haven’t found a recipe like this since so I had to share it.  I now make it for my twins and our whole family.  It’s so good!
