Blueberry Smoothie For Kids

Sharing is caring!

This quick and easy blueberry smoothie for kids is so good and filled with nutrient-dense food.

This blueberry smoothie for kids, toddlers, or the whole family is a great snack or breakfast idea if you need something healthy and fast.

I love smoothies for snacks because they’re so easy to make and my kids like them!

Plus smoothies are filled with food they may not normally eat otherwise.

I added spirulina in this smoothie.

The spirulina makes this smoothie a deeper purple and won’t alter the flavor.  It adds extra nutrients and antioxidants to the smoothie.

For toddlers and younger kids, I like to put my smoothies in cups with lids with straws – since most of the ingredients I use will stain (like berries).

I usually just put my smoothies in these very affordable cups for my toddlers, and add in my own paper straws.

This is a favorite smoothie recipe for me and my kids.  I always make a large one for me!

Some of our other favorite smoothies with spinach are Berries and Spinach and Spinach and Peanut Butter.

These are also good frozen into popsicle molds.  They’re good when it’s hot out!

We like to have smoothies with breakfast and I make them for snacks (especially in the summer).
