Here are some easy flourless oat banana muffins that take minutes to put together.

These flourless oat banana muffins have no added sugar and minimal ingredients.  These banana muffins are good for baby-led weaning, toddlers, kids, and adults, too!

Serve these gluten free banana oatmeal muffins with a meal or eat for a quick snack!  You can store these in the refrigerator but mine don’t ever last in the house long enough to store in the fridge. 

These flourless oat banana muffins are an easy go-to recipe of mine when I need to use up bananas.

Ingredients For Oat Banana Muffins

  • 3 medium bananas or 2 large bananas
  • 1 1/2 cup oats 
  • 1 Tablespoon ground flax seeds (these are good for healthy fat)
  • Dash of cinnamon and dash of pink Himalayan salt (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional, or add in raisins or any other add-in you prefer)

How to Make Flourless Oat Banana Muffins

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheight
  • Smash bananas well in a large bowl
  • Add in remaining ingredients and mix until fully combined
  • Grease a mini muffin tin well.  I don’t do liners for these because they stick easily otherwise.  I just grease with a butter.
  • Fill the muffin tin to the top – the muffins don’t rise since there is no baking powder or flour in this recipe.
  • Bake for 13-15 minutes.
  • Let cool and pop out.
  • Store in the refrigerator.

These flourless oat banana muffins are so quick to whip up.  They are perfect for an easy and healthy homemade snack for kids, toddlers, teens, and adults. 

I’ve been making these a lot lately instead of buying store-bought bars. 

These homemade oat banana mini muffins are much cheaper and I love that these have no added sugar (except if you add in chocolate chips).
