When I want something on the sweeter side that’s healthy, I make spinach banana smoothie.
I decided to start making it for my 2-year-old twin toddlers since I like it so much, and it was a big hit with them!
This peanut butter spinach banana smoothie has good fat in it so it’s filling and satisfying.
It’s also packed with spinach, yet tastes nothing like spinach!

This recipe is also adaptable. Use what you have! You can sub the peanut butter for another nut butter or sunflower butter.
The milk can be subbed with any kind of milk or water. You could also use kale instead of spinach. It will taste a little different but I always try to use up what I have for smoothies.
