Easy Toddler Lunch Ideas

I used ingredients I already had on hand for these pita sandwiches. 

These sandwiches are very adaptable and you can use up foods you have.

You can use naan bread or flatbread if you don’t have pita bread for these sandwiches.

A food processer works well to chop foods fine for toddlers and younger kids.

Easy Toddler Lunch Ideas

I chopped ingredients and laid them on a platter for my kids to assemble.  For these sandwiches, I used cheddar cheese, deli ham, yellow bell peppers, baby spinach, shredded zucchini, and sliced tomatoes. 

My twins loved making their own sandwiches!  They chose what ingredients they wanted to put on and how much of each ingredient.

All the kids enjoyed these sandwiches, not just the toddlers!

    This is a great idea that I would like to try. It is so simple and I can use the vegetables that we have from our garden. I might try this with regular sandwich bread that I have already.
