Pizza Bagels

Sharing is caring!

Looking for an easy and simple recipe for pizza bagels?  This is such a good recipe for a quick dinner and easy to make with toddlers and kids!

I’ve been eating pizza bagels since I was kid.  My mom would make them for a quick and easy dinner and I loved them.  So I had to make these pizza bagels with my kids!

It’s so fun getting them involved and they love helping in the kitchen.  Does your toddler or kid like to help you in the kitchen?

My 2 1/2 year old twin toddlers had no problem scooping the sauce, putting on the cheese, and their mounds of toppings.  It’s so fun and a great learning experience for kids.

Food For Toddlers

My toddlers loved making their own bagel pizzas.

This is a great activity for kids 2 and up!

What Kids are learning by making bagel pizzas:

  • Fine motor skills
  • Measuring
  • Sequencing – first you put on sauce, then the cheese, then the toppings
  • Focus and Concentration
  • Life skills

Food Recipes for Kids

Since my boys had already made these easy English muffin pizzas, they knew exactly what to do with the sauce!

I let them do the leading, and just guided them along as they made their pizzas.

I explained that first, we put on a little sauce so it covers the bagel, then we put the cheese on, then add whatever toppings you want.

This recipe really is no fail, and help as little or much as you want with this.
