These are the snacks that my twin boys ate this week. I try to not include too many processed foods into their diets. I like feeding them real, whole foods whenever I can. Many of the toddler snack ideas for the week in this post include healthy foods with minimal sugar.
I really try to keep refined sugar and processed food to a minimum with my twins. But I also have to be realistic about what they eat since I don’t have a lot of time to spend prepping food.
I always try to offer fruit and/or veggies with every snack and meal. Even if they don’t eat it, they still have it offered. It’s a great way to help kids love their veggies.

To make my toddler snacks quick and easy, I try to make things which I don’t have to cook or spend too much time preparing.
I do like to offer new foods often. I had no idea my twins would love seaweed as much as they did. They ate a whole pack themselves. Seaweed is full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, good for your gut, and so much more! They remind me of chips with their texture and taste but are so much healthier. So I don’t mind if they eat a whole pack!
Always supervise your child while eating, and slice foods up small.
