Spinach Pancakes

Spinach pancakes are a healthy spin on regular pancakes. These spinach pancakes with banana are gluten-free, dairy-free, and sweetened only with fruit, and your baby, toddler, or kids can eat these! My kids eat these spinach pancakes for breakfast and snacks.  They are packed with nutrients and are moist and delicious.  And these banana spinach pancakes are quick to make!  I make them in about 10 minutes so they are good for busy mornings.
