This fun toddler activity provides lots of entertainment with only a paintbrush, bowl of water (or mud water), and a truck! Do you have a toddler who likes to do activities with real life things?
With this activity, they get to use a real paintbrush. My boys usually prefer using real items over toys.
Who knew a paintbrush and some dirty trucks could be so entertaining?! I love that this activity is literally no prep, but keeps them having fun and learning.
Their trucks were pretty muddy from their mud painting (another super fun and simple activity) they did the other day.
My boys grabbed a bowl of fresh water and were either painting or washing their cars with the paint brush. I asked them what they were doing and I got a response of, “Painting the car!” and “Washing the car!” They ended up mixing some mud into the bowl and were painting the cars with it.
So simple, yet so engaging!
