My toddlers love to help cook in the kitchen.  Do your kids like to help out, too!?

Kids can help measure, pour and stir.  It’s a great baking activity for introducing measurement and following steps.  Older kids can make these on their own!

How To Make Peanut Butter Cheerio Bars

  • Melt the honey and peanut butter in a microwave-safe dish in the microwave until it turns to liquid.  I put mine in the microwave for about 30 seconds. You can also melt on the stove if you prefer.
  • Add in Cheerios, and mix well.
  • Put into an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 square dish lined with parchment paper, or flatten out on a cookie sheet.
  • Refrigerate until hardened then slice into bars.
  • Store covered in the fridge.
