All of these bento box lunches can be made ahead of time and put the fridge.

These lunches are good for preschool, daycare, home, or on-the-go!

  • Pasta with mixed vegetables and shredded chicken, topped with butter and parmesan cheese.
    • I cooked the pasta and added in a bag of frozen mixed veggies while it was cooking.  I added in about a cup of pre-cooked shredded chicken.
    • Add in butter and top with parmesan cheese.
  • Mandarins
  • Raisins
  • Annie’s gluten-free bunny crackers
  • Avocado (you can add a little bit of lemon juice to prevent from browning)

You can make these lunches in any container.  I like this bento box because I just need to wash one dish!

I like to mix and match my sides.  Use whatever fruits or vegetables you have.  I always try to add in at least 2-3 foods I know my toddlers will eat.  Then I’ll add in 1 or 2 foods that are newer to them or they are learning to like.

I always add in an ice pack and a drink – usually milk in a thermos or water.
